RELEVANT NOTICE - In order to improve the online services provided via the FAST IT service, and to better manage the current amount of applications submitted to this Embassy, starting from 2019, August 12th, paper application forms (forms A/1, A/2 and other obsolete forms) are no longer accepted. To request a new registration in the A.I.R.E. or an update of address (change of address in Ireland, relocation to other Countries or Italy), citizens are required to apply via the FAST IT online service - log in/registration from this Embassy's website.
APPLICANTS ARE INFORMED THAT PAPER FORMS SENT TO THIS E-MAIL ADDRESS WILL BE REJECTED WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE.
Please notice that A.I.R.E. processing times may require several weeks, due to the increasing number of applications - in any case, applicants themselves should check the status of their application via the FAST IT online service.

Starting from September 14, 2020, it is possible to book appointments for the issue / renewal of Passports through the "Book on Line" system.
In order to book an appointment it will be necessary to enter the requested information into the System. If the informations entered is incomplete or incorrect, the appointment will be automatically canceled by the operator.
