data-end=\"882\">Historical residence certificate<\/strong> issued by the Italian municipalities where the Italian parent (or both parents, if both are Italian) has\/have resided;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote data-start=\"1005\" data-end=\"1085\">\n<p data-start=\"1007\" data-end=\"1085\"><strong data-start=\"1007\" data-end=\"1083\">(Only if the Historical Residence Certificate shows foreign residences):<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<ul data-start=\"1086\" data-end=\"1230\">\n<li data-start=\"1086\" data-end=\"1230\">\n<p data-start=\"1088\" data-end=\"1230\"><strong data-start=\"1088\" data-end=\"1125\">Declaration of non-naturalization<\/strong>, translated and issued by the authorities of <strong data-start=\"1171\" data-end=\"1188\">all countries<\/strong> where the Italian parent(s) have resided;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote data-start=\"1232\" data-end=\"1350\">\n<p data-start=\"1234\" data-end=\"1350\">If one of the parents <strong data-start=\"1256\" data-end=\"1289\">was born in a foreign country<\/strong> or <strong data-start=\"1293\" data-end=\"1347\">holds another citizenship or multiple citizenships<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<ul data-start=\"1351\" data-end=\"1644\">\n<li data-start=\"1351\" data-end=\"1644\">\n<p data-start=\"1353\" data-end=\"1644\"><strong data-start=\"1353\" data-end=\"1433\">Official certificate confirming non-transmission of citizenship to the minor<\/strong>, in <strong data-start=\"1438\" data-end=\"1450\">original<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1452\" data-end=\"1465\">legalized<\/strong>, and <strong data-start=\"1471\" data-end=\"1498\">translated into Italian<\/strong>, issued by the <strong data-start=\"1514\" data-end=\"1570\">authorities of the country where the parent was born<\/strong> and\/or of the country or countries of which the parent holds citizenship;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote data-start=\"1646\" data-end=\"1664\">\n<p data-start=\"1648\" data-end=\"1664\">If applicable:<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<ul data-start=\"1665\" data-end=\"1850\">\n<li data-start=\"1665\" data-end=\"1850\">\n<p data-start=\"1667\" data-end=\"1850\"><strong data-start=\"1667\" data-end=\"1699\">Certificate of statelessness<\/strong>, in original, <strong data-start=\"1714\" data-end=\"1727\">legalized<\/strong>, and <strong data-start=\"1733\" data-end=\"1760\">translated into Italian<\/strong>, issued by the <strong data-start=\"1776\" data-end=\"1809\">competent
