Below are the names and contact details of some law firms and reference professionals who can be used in case of need, without prejudice of course to the possibility of contacting other professionals of one\u2019s trust.<\/p>\n

It should be noted that this list was defined on the basis of the requests for inclusion made by the professionals themselves and must therefore be considered open and non-exhaustive, in the sense that it may include other names in the future.<\/p>\n

This list is only for general guidance and service to the public. This Embassy is not responsible for the actions and specific expertise of the lawyers indicated herein, for the consequences of legal actions taken by them or for any legal service provided. The professional services provided by the lawyers indicated are fully borne by the applicants.<\/p>\n

The law firms and professionals identified meet the following minimum requirements:<\/p>\n

1) knowledge of Italian and English;<\/p>\n

2) legal qualification to practice the profession and enrollment in the relative register and\/or
\nIrish professional association;<\/p>\n

3) in-depth knowledge of local and\/or Italian legislation in the specific sector
\nof activities, or relationships of association or collaboration with similar firms in Italy.<\/p>\n

For lawyers and law firms, in addition to the above requirements, registration with the Irish professional body for at least three years is required (for law firms this refers to the owners or partners of the firm).<\/p>\n
