{"id":629,"date":"2023-05-03T12:10:55","date_gmt":"2023-05-03T10:10:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ambdublino.esteri.it\/servizi-consolari-e-visti\/servizi-per-il-cittadino-italiano\/certificazione-sanitaria\/"},"modified":"2025-07-14T14:29:59","modified_gmt":"2025-07-14T12:29:59","slug":"certificazione-sanitaria","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/ambdublino.esteri.it\/en\/servizi-consolari-e-visti\/servizi-per-il-cittadino-italiano\/certificazione-sanitaria\/","title":{"rendered":"Applications for health service certification"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Health Certification<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Health Certification for Nurses, Midwives, Physicians.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>The applicant must have the following:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Letter from the HSE, addressed to the applicant, specifying that the hospital in question is a Public Non-Profit\/Non-Profit Institution (see Attachment I on the Ministry of Health website: link valid to 18\/07\/2022)<\/li>\n<li>Translation into Italian of the letter from the HSE<\/li>\n<li>Letter from the Hospital, again addressed directly to the person concerned, regarding the profession carried out during the period of employment (the letter should indicate the person&#8217;s first and last name, address of residence\/domicile, dates of beginning and end of the work carried out at the Hospital itself, the type of profession and classification according to the Irish health system)<\/li>\n<li>Translation into Italian of the letter from the Hospital<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>By the Embassy, a \u201cVisa for confirmation\u201d stamp will be affixed in accordance with Article 2 of Law No. 735, 10.7.1960.<\/p>\n<p>Revenue stamps to be applied (by the Embassy):<\/p>\n<p>Art. NAA &#8211; Euro 16.00 for the \u201cVisa for confirmation\u201d in accordance with Art. 2 of Law 10.7.1960, No. 735<\/p>\n<p>Art. 72C \u00a0&#8211; Euro 13.00 for the conformity stamp of translation from English to Italian (for each page in original language).<\/p>\n<p>PLEASE NOTE &#8211; Under no circumstances will it be possible to apply the stamp if the person has done in-house work (example: nurse through agency in private nursing homes) or if he\/she has worked as a health care staff in facilities outside Ireland or private\/for-profit.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>Recognition of the qualification of biomedical laboratory health technician<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The applicant must have the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Letter from the Institution, addressed to the applicant, indicating the profession carried out<\/li>\n<li>Italian translation of the letter above<\/li>\n<li>Request for a Declaration of Value (see form DV\/1): in every case it is also necessary to validate the qualification<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Fee stamps to be applied by the Embassy:<br \/>\nArt. 72C \u2013 Euro 13.00 for the certified translation from English into Italian (for each page in the original language)<br \/>\nValue declaration: see information in the reference section<\/p>\n<p>Process:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Submission of the application<\/li>\n<li>Documents required to submit the application:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Application Form Dub-CS\/1 duly filled and hand signed (with date)<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Copy of a valid ID document of the applicant: Passport or ID Card (front\/back)<\/li>\n<li>Document (original or copy) for which certification is requested<\/li>\n<li>Translation (complete document) into Italian (provided by the applicant)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>How to submit the application (including all the required attachments):<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>By e-mail, to the following e-mail address: <a href=\"mailto:consolare.ambdublino@esteri.it\">ambdublino@esteri.it<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Via postal service, to the following address:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ambasciata d\u2019Italia in Dublino<\/p>\n<p>Cancelleria Consolare<\/p>\n<p>63-65 Northumberland Road<\/p>\n<p>Dublin 4<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>Collection of the health service certification<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Once the procedure is concluded, the applicant will be informed via email about the collection and the fee required for the certification.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Payment<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Final payment amount is determined by the quantity of original pages (front\/back) provided with a translation and certifications:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Translation from English into Italian: Euro 13.00 per page<\/li>\n<li>Certifications: Euro 16.00 per certified page<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Documents required for the collection\n<ul>\n<li>Confirmation email received from the Consular Officer in charge<\/li>\n<li>Copy of a valid ID document of the applicant: Passport or ID Card (front\/back)<\/li>\n<li>ORIGINAL document for which health certification is requested<\/li>\n<li>Payment required for the certification<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>ALSO, IF REQUIRED: approved translation\/s into Italian<\/p>\n<p>The health service certification should be collected during opening time (appointment required) by the applicant or by a delegated person (applicant\u2019s hand signed authorization and passport\/ID copy required).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Health Certification Health Certification for Nurses, Midwives, Physicians.
