The Embassy of Italy in Dublin, in collaboration with the ITA Office based in London, the Italian Institute of Culture in Dublin, the Italian-Irish Chamber of Commerce and the ENIT Office in London, are organizing a series of events dedicated to Italian Cuisine in Ireland, within the context of the X edition of the Week of Italian Cuisine in the World 2025.
Potential economic partners, including Italian restaurants across Ireland, are invited to express their potential interest in taking part in the above mentioned initiative on the occasion of the X edition of the Week of Italian Cuisine in the World 2025, taking place in Ireland from November 17th to November 23rd 2025.
In particular, restaurants interested in participating in the initiative may, with prior agreement and consent from the Embassy of Italy, display a sticker reproducing the SCIM 2025 logo on the windows of their respective restaurant for a period of 1 week from 17th November to 23rd November 2024. Additionally, they will be invited to propose a special menu on the main theme of the X edition: “LA CUCINA ITALIANA TRA SALUTE, CULTURA E INNOVAZIONE” including aromatic herbs and spices along with typical regional Italian products.
This notice is intended exclusively for the receipt of expressions of interest to facilitate the participation and consultation of subjects potentially interested in the aforementioned initiative. However, an expression of interest is in no way binding on the Administration.
