From June 14th, A new portal will be online, available at https://prenotami.esteri.it, to book appointments for consular services such as PASSPORTS, IDENTITY CARDS, NOTARY, VISAS, CITIZENSHIP.
Appointments already booked in the old Booking Online portal will be still valid. The new portal will progressively replace the old portal, which remains active until june 30th.
Prenot@mi offers some innovative features. Application security has been increased and further more robust authentication systems will be introduced, in order to ascertain the authenticity of the user. The new graphical interface, simpler, more intuitive and user-friendly, also aims to simplify the user’s approach during registration and booking.

ATTENTION:
From the 10th and up to the 3rd day from the date of the appointment, the citizen will have to confirm the requested reservation. Confirmation must be made from the portal and NOT by email. TO CONFIRM THE APPOINTMENT IT IS NECESSARY TO LOG IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT / MY APPOINTMENTS, THEN CLICK ON “RESERVATION CODE” AND FINALLY CLICK “CONFIRM”
